Greasy tops of wall units are optional and quoted separately. Appliances — such as the oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge or freezer — are not included in the base price; add each one separately when you build your instant quote (from £15 each). Bathrooms are fully descaled — limescale, tiles and shower screens — apart from silicone sealant and grouting. All floors are vacuumed and mopped, and we clean internal windows, skirting boards, doors, switches and light fittings throughout. The clean is matched to the checkout inventory standard your letting agent uses.

Most properties take between 3 and 8 hours depending on size and condition. A studio or one-bed flat is usually done in around 3–4 hours, while a larger three or four-bedroom home can take a full day. We send the right size team so the job is finished properly on the day.
