The terms that apply when you book a cleaning service with us.

1. About these terms
These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Tenanclean Limited (Companies House No. 17209332). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the property size and information you provide. If the property differs significantly on arrival (for example, a larger property or an exceptional level of soiling), we may revise the quote and will agree any change with you before proceeding.
3. Our 72-hour re-clean guarantee
Our end of tenancy cleans include a 72-hour re-clean guarantee. If your landlord or letting agent raises a cleaning issue within 72 hours of the clean, contact us with the details and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. The guarantee covers the original scope of work and requires the property to be in the same condition as when we left it (for example, vacant and not re-occupied or further used).
4. Access and utilities
You are responsible for providing access to the property and for ensuring running water and electricity are available. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, a cancellation or call-out charge may apply.
5. Parking and congestion charges
Any parking charges or congestion zone fees incurred while travelling to the client's property are the responsibility of the client. If free parking is available at the property, no additional charge will apply.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods confirmed at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may incur a charge to cover the reserved slot.
8. Liability
We are fully insured and our cleaners are DBS-checked. We will take reasonable care of your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
